In a department covering an area of over 1000m2, assembly services are our most recent extension: stamped and coated components assembly it’s an end-of-chain phase of an entirely in-house process through which Girardini allows its customers to streamline all stamping production of complex and assembled components, so as to receive a really finished product.
Our highly-skilled team stands out for its dexterity and dynamic attitude, that applies to all project peculiarity, by means of the calibration and use of specific machineries and constantly-updating equipment. We have implemented the department with a new robot area (with three robots, transfer systems, silicone setting chamber and oven) for the application of gaskets on metal stamped components and their subsequent packaging.
